Does magic tricks have copyright?

I: You cannot reveal magic secrets!

A: Magic secrets are NOT protected by Law but,
rather, more like trade secrets. Magic is a public
domain that ANYONE can share, teach, and reveal
to anyone in ANY WAY regardless if the material
is copyrighted or patented. Again, it does not
matter who it came from. If the machine of a
trick, for example, is patented, then the secret
itself cannot be patented since the patent itself
becomes public – tricks becomes nothing
more than a game of Peek-a-boo

Additionally, most video magic tutorials
which contain tricks that are represented by
the tutor of the video(s), are not of the
individual(s) who invented the trick(s)
(20 to a 100 percent of the time).
