This is a great effect and easy to do. You only need a hole punch that is 1/4 inch in diameter and long reach (at least 2 inches in range) and a 1/8 inch thick ribbon so you can have a good maneuverability on the deck.
This effect is a card that escapes at the moment of lifting the deck, very visual.
