This is a very easy effect that anyone can do, I just added some variations that I watched around the internet and put up my own thoughts to what I consider myself one of the best handlings on this effect...that is the "flipping action" and the "bursting action".
If you want, you can use a "balloon pump", so you don't leave any mist or saliva inside the balloon after bursting it.
Compare to: Pressure by Daniel Garcia tutorial but this effect was not created by him, it has been predated according to YouTube user "screamfreak".
