This is an easy move that most people can accomplish. You can gain more height by moving the hand up a bit while doing this move. The key is using the nail in the final movement so the card may release.
Beguine by using the flesh of your tip and end by using the nail so it doesn't cause friction and it doesn't shoot from the thumb instead the index finger.
